Attaching a photo or video with the review increases the authenticity of the products and improves the buying decision of potential customers. Through “Request for Photo/Video Review”, ReviewXpo enables you to send emails to customers who haven’t posted a photo or video with their reviews. 

You can enable this feature by following these simple steps;

Step 1:From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “CollectReviews”.

Step 2: Select “Reminder Settings”.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle switch for email requests for “Request for Photo/Video Review”.

Now the customers will be asked for a photo/video review through email if they haven’t posted one already.
