What payment methods do you accept for ReviewXpo subscriptions?

Yes, you get 36% off on the growth and 17% off on the power plan if you choose to pay yearly.
Is there a limit to the number of reviews I can request and follow-ups each month?
Each plan has its own limitations on the number of review requests and followups you can send. Please refer to the package details to see which one fits your current store size.
Can I cancel my ReviewXpo subscription at any time?
Yes, if you don’t want to continue using ReveiwXpo, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We won’t charge your added payment method from the next month you decide to cancel.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations or educational institutions?
No, we don’t yet have such facilities for nonprofits and educational institutes as we currently serve only for-profit eCom stores.
Is there a refund policy if I'm not satisfied with ReviewXpo after subscribing?
Yes, we follow Shopify’s refund policy standards to keep our users happy if they don’t feel okay with to keep using ReviewXpo.
