"First Review Request" is an auto-email feature that enables you to send a review request email to the customer. The customers will be notified to post a review if they haven’t posted one after the purchase. This will help to increase your shop growth.

‍To enable this feature, please follow these instructions;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu”. Then, click “Collect Reviews” and select “Reminder Settings”.

Step 2: Select “First Review Request” and turn on the toggle switch.

‍Now, your customers will get email requests to post reviews. A “Write a review” button in the email section will redirect them to the review page to simplify the process and improve customer experience.
