How to send a review request email for the first time?
"First Review Request" is an auto-email feature that enables you to send a review request email to the customer. The customers will be notified to post a review if they haven’t posted one after the purchase. This will help to increase your shop growth.
To enable this feature, please follow these instructions;
Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Review Request”.
Step 2: Select “Reminder Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Turn on the toggle switch for email requests for “First Review Request”.
Now your customers will get email requests to post reviews. A “Write a review” button in the email section will redirect them to the review page to ease the process and improve customer experience.
