How to set request timing for follow-up review email?

Follow Up Review Request” is an auto-email feature that notifies the customer to post a review of their products if they haven’t posted one even after the “First Review Request”. "ReviewXpo Shopify reviews app" allows you to determine the time difference between these two email requests. 

To set the timing of “Follow Up Review Request”, please follow these instructions;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Review Request”.

Step 2: Select “Reminder Settings” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Go down to “Follow Up Review Request” and customize the email timing to your preferences.

Step 4: Lastly, click “Save”.
