ReviewXpo provides you with two types of discount codes. “Auto Generated Single Use” type code means every customer will get a unique discount code of their own which they can use for one time. On the contrary, “Single Code for All” refers to the situation where all customers will get the same discount code for one-time use. 

‍To create an “Auto Generated Single Use” type discount code, follow these steps;

‍Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Review for Discount”.

Step 2. Choose the occasion you want to create the discount coupon for (i.e. Discount for First Review Request) and click on the “Drop down arrow”.

Note: On four occasions you can create a discount coupon. 

• Discount for First Review Request: For the customers providing product reviews using the very first review request email after their purchase.
• Discount for Follow Up Review: For customers who submitted reviews using the follow up review requests.
• Discount for Photo/Video Review: For the customers who submitted review attachments using the photo/video review request.
• Discount for On-store Review: For the customers who have submitted reviews on-store.

Step 3: Select “Auto Generated Single Use” and customize the other options to finalize the discount coupon.

‍Now your customers will get unique discount codes every time they fulfill the conditions to earn a discount coupon.
