How to configure the review request emails' sender information?
While sending review request emails to your customers, ReviewXpo allows you to configure emails' sender information. It helps customers understand where this email is coming from and who to address while sending feedback.
To configure the review request emails sender information, please follow these steps;
Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click “Emails”.
Step 2: Select “Email Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on the drop-down arrow with “Mail Configuration” to open the customization window.
Step 4: Set up the "Mail Configuration" as you see fit and click "Save".
Mail Configuration Options;
- Sender Name: Store Name.
- Reply to Email: The email address where you want to receive feedback.
- Email Footer: You can add any important information that didn’t get included in the main body.
There you go! Now your customers will know where the mail came from and who to get in touch with regarding any feedback.
