How do I send a follow-up email in response to the first review request?

Follow Up Review Request” feature generates an auto-email for the customers who haven’t posted a review of their products after the “First Review request”. You can customize the timing between “First Review request” and “Follow Up Review Request” emails. 

To enable this feature, go with the following steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Review Request”.

Step 2: Select “Reminder Settings” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle switch for email requests for “Follow Up Review Request”.

There you go! Now ReviewXpo will notify your customers of their due product reviews and help you collect them.
