Yes, you can mark a request email as completed if you don’t want ReviewXpo to send further review request emails to that particular customer. To do that, please follow these simple instructions;
Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Review Request”.
Step 2: Select “All Request Emails” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Scroll down to the requested email you want to mark as completed and click on the “Action” icon.
Step 4: Select "Mark as complete" and a modal window will pop up.
Step 5: Choose “Yes” from the modal window.
Now that particular customer won’t receive any further review request emails from ReviewXpo app!
