To enable this feature, please proceed with these instructions;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click " Reviews".

Step 2: Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle switch for “Admin Notification” and provide an email address on the empty field. To receive notifications to your store admin email address, leave the field empty.

Step 4: Lastly, click “Save”.

After you have enabled this feature, ReviewXpo will notify you of every new review submission. And you can get back to your customers as quickly as possible.
