Responding to reviews as soon as possible is a reliable indicator of excellent customer service. To help you with this, ReviewXpo provides you with a feature that gets you notified of every new review submission.

To enable this feature, please proceed with these instructions;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click " Reviews".

Step 2: Select “Other Settings” and click “Manage New Reviews”.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle switch for “Review Notification” and provide an email address on the empty field. To receive notifications to your store admin email address, add the email in a blank place.

Step 4: Lastly, click “Save”.

After you have enabled this feature, ReviewXpo will notify you of every new review submission. And you can get back to your customers as quickly as possible.
