How to edit/update a reply to a review?

ReviewXpo reviews app is offering you a necessary feature through which the shop owners can edit or update their replies to customer reviews. To avail of this feature, please follow these steps;
Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Reviews”.

Step 2: Select “All Reviews” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Scroll down to the review of which reply you want to edit and click on the “Action” icon.

Step 4: Select “View” and a new modal window will pop up.

Step 5: Click "Edit reply" and update your reply.

Step 6: Lastly, click "Save".

There you go! If you want to avoid any unwanted situations when dealing with your customer, this feature can be quite useful in some circumstances.
