ReviewXpo reviews app offers you a necessary feature through which the shop owners can edit or update their replies to customer reviews. To avail of this feature, please follow these steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App and click “Reviews”.

Step 2: Select “All Reviews”.

Step 3: Scroll down to the review of which reply you want to edit and click on the “Action” icon.

Step 4: Select “Edit Review” and a new modal window will pop up.

Step 5: Lastly, click "Save".

There you go! If you want to avoid any unwanted situations when dealing with your customers, this feature can be quite useful in some circumstances.
