How to edit the content of a reply to review email notifications?

ReviewXpo also offers you a feature by which you can customize the "Reply to review" email content and let your customers know that you care. To customize this feature, please proceed with the following steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Menu” and click “Reviews”.

Step 2: Select “Review Settings”.

Step 3: Go down to “Reply to Review” and click on the "Button".

Step 4: Customize the email notification to your preference and click "Save".
