Customers are more likely to submit product reviews if you include a discount offer in your review request email. ReviewXpo allows you to customize this discount text to your preference. To do so please proceed with these steps;

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App “Collect Reviews” and click “Review for Discount”.

Step 2: Scroll down to the discount message option, customize the text to your preference and click “Save”.

With this, you can add a personal touch to your review request emails and motivate your customers to submit product reviews.
