Knowledge base for reviews on your Shopify store

Adding reviews is made easier with our "Manually Add Reviews" feature.

Please attend to these easy steps to manually add reviews to your store:

Step 1:  From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click on the “Reviews” dropdown.

Step 2: Now click on “All Reviews”.

‍

Step 3: Click on “Add Reviews”.

‍

Step 4: You will see a prompt asking you to choose which method you would like to choose to add reviews. Click on “Write Manually”.

‍

Step 5: Here you can select which product you want to add reviews to. Click on “Search Product” (1) and choose the product you want to add (2).

‍

‍Step 6: Now after selecting your product, you can customize the review to your preference by adding how many stars you want, adding the review title, feedback, and credentials. You can also add photos/videos to your reviews as well.

Step 7: After submitting the necessary details, you can choose whether you want the review to be automatically published and/or automatically verified. You can also make the reviews anonymous by just ticking the “Anonymous” check mark.

Step 8: After completing your customization, Click on “Create Review” and your review will be added.

‍

A prompt will appear letting you know that the review has been successfully added.

‍

Here we can see that the review has been added.
