Knowledge base for reviews on your Shopify store

You can create evaluations that appear to have been written by a real person using our cutting-edge AI engine. You may customize the region, religion and gender from the store admin panel, and the AI will take care of the rest. Please attend to these easy steps to add AI-generated reviews to your store:

Step 1: From Shopify admin, open your ReviewXpo App "Menu" and click on the “Reviews” dropdown.

Step 2: Now click on “All Reviews”.

‍Step 3: Click on “Add Reviews”.

‍Step 4: You will see a prompt asking you to choose which method you would like to choose to add reviews. Click on “AI Generated”.

‍Step 5: Here you can select which product you want to add reviews to. Click on “Search Product” (1) and choose the product you want to add (2).

‍Step 6: Now after selecting your product, you can select how many AI-generated reviews you want to create. Click on the drop-down under “Max Reviews” and select the number of reviews you want.

‍Step 7: Now after selecting your product and the number of reviews you want, you can also customize the profile(Region, Religion, Gender) of the type of customer(s) whose reviews will be added.

Step 8: After submitting the necessary details, you can choose whether you want the review to be automatically published and/or automatically verified. You can also make the reviews anonymous by just ticking the “Mark as Anonymous” check mark.

Step 9: After completing your customization, Click on “Generate” and your review will be generated and added.

A prompt will appear letting you know that the review has been successfully added.
